About BAM Clough
BAM Clough is a 50/50 joint venture between BAM International bv and Clough Limited. Established in 1964, the joint venture has successfully delivered 13 major marine projects for the world’s largest resource clients across Australia and South East Asia. Completed projects include quay walls, jetties, shipyards, harbours and ports.

Project description
BAM Clough has been awarded a contract to design and construct a 1.1 kilometre jetty with product loading facilities and tug berths as part of the Chevron-operated Wheatstone LNG project. The design consists of a 1.1 km piled trestle (including facilities for future piping), a LNG and a condensate loading platform jacket, a knuckle area, a marine operations platform, mooring, breasting and MOF dolphins, tug pens and navigation aids. Furthermore the scope includes pipe rack module fabrication, piping fabrication, installation, insulate and testing. Also installation of client supplied equipment including electrical buildings, gangways and loading arms are part of the project.
The project is located at Ashburton North, 12 kilometres west of the town of Onslow on the Pilbara coast of Western Australia.
The scope of work includes the furnishing of all plant, labour, technical and professional services, supervision, materials and equipment (other than materials and equipment specified as furnished by others), and temporary facilities required to perform all operations necessary and required to design, engineer, procure, fabricate, install and test the Marine Facilities, Product Loading Facility and Tug Berths, for the Wheatstone LNG Plant.
